Beth Kinoshita is the Associate Dean of Academic Programs and a Professor at Pacific University College of Optometry. She teaches in the Optometry (OD), Vision Science (MSVS), and Vision Science (PhD) programs.

Dr. Kinoshita's research focuses on specialty contact lens design and fitting, particularly in pediatric populations. She is a member of the Contact Lens Assessment in Youth (CLAY) team, which examines risk factors for soft contact lens wear in children. Her work emphasizes clinical innovation and safety.
