Beth A. Miller, MD, is an Associate Professor of Medicine in the Department of Medicine at the University of Kentucky College of Medicine. She serves as Chief of the Division of Allergy and Immunology and Director of the UK Asthma, Allergy and Sinus Clinics, where she provides clinical leadership and patient care in allergy and immunology.
Dr. Miller earned her medical degree from the Medical College of Ohio, completed her residency at Kettering Medical Center, and pursued fellowship training in Allergy/Immunology at the University of Kentucky. She is board certified in both Allergy and Immunology and Internal Medicine.
Her research focuses on severe asthma and the use of monoclonal antibody therapies targeting specific cytokines involved in asthma pathogenesis. Her scholarly work has appeared in the American Journal of Medical Genetics and Thymus and Immunological Investigations, reflecting her interest in the intersection of immunology, genetics, and respiratory disease.
Dr. Miller is an active member of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology (AAAAI), the Southeastern Society of Allergy, the Kentucky Society of Allergy/Immunology, and the Blue Grass Society of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology, where she served as Past-President. She has also contributed to regional and national allergy organizations through committee and executive roles.
