Besa Arifi

Besa Arifi is a Full Professor at the Faculty of Law, South East European University (SEEU), with over 15 years of academic experience in criminal law, criminology, and victims' rights. Her career spans roles as Coordinator for International Cooperation and Mobility (2015–present), former Head of SEEU's Human Rights Centre, and leadership in academic reform projects.
