Bertha Jimenez

Bertha Jimenez is an Industry Assistant Professor at the Tandon School of Engineering, New York University, specializing in Technology Management and Innovation. She is also the Co-founder and CEO of Rise Products, a food-tech startup converting organic by-products into food-grade ingredients.
