Bert Quintiens

Bert Quintiens is a Postdoc Researcher at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel, affiliated with the CAPACITY project. He works under the supervision of Professor Joachim Cohen and Professor Tinne Smets, focusing on the development and evaluation of Belgium’s first compassionate cities initiative.
