Bert George

Bert George is a Professor of Public Management at the City University of Hong Kong, affiliated with the College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences and the Department of Public and International Affairs. His research focuses on strategic planning, administrative burden, and behavioral public administration, with a social and cognitive perspective on public-sector strategy processes.
