Bernice Ledbetter

Bernice Ledbetter, EdD, serves as the Dean of Student and Alumni Affairs and Director of the Center for Women in Leadership at Pepperdine University's Graziadio Business School. She is also a practitioner faculty member in organizational theory and practice, teaching graduate courses in leadership. Her roles reflect a deep commitment to advancing leadership education and supporting students and alumni.
