Bernhard Oliver Vögler

Dr. Bernhard Oliver Vögler is a Senior Lecturer in Cell Biology within the Department of Biology, Faculty of Sciences at the University of the Balearic Islands (UIB). His academic career at UIB includes progressive appointments as Ramón y Cajal Researcher (2004-2011), I3 Researcher (2009-2011), and Senior Lecturer (2011-present), alongside significant administrative roles as Head of Studies for Biology (2016-present) and Vice Dean of Sciences (2016-present).

His research concentrates on cellular mechanisms in clinical oncology through the TABIOC R+D+I group, with strong connections to biomedicine, biomarker discovery, and translational applications.
