Bernhard Diekmann

Bernhard Diekmann is an Adjunct Professor for Quaternary Geology at Potsdam University and a Senior Scientist at the Potsdam Research Center of the Alfred Wegener Institute. His research focuses on palaeoclimate reconstruction, land-ocean interactions, and Quaternary to Holocene environmental dynamics, using interdisciplinary approaches such as palaeolimnology, sedimentology, and geochemical analysis. His work spans Siberia, the Tibetan Plateau, and subpolar oceans.
