Bernd Flick

Prof. Dr. Bernd Flick is a Professor of Electronics, Electro-, Measurement-, and High-Frequency Engineering at the Hamburg University of Applied Sciences (HAW Hamburg), affiliated with the Department of Medical Technology under the Faculty of Technology and Informatics. His research focuses on implantable battery-less telemetrical devices, telemedical systems for home monitoring, and emergency call technologies. He holds a doctorate in Electrical Engineering from the Technical University of Berlin and has extensive industry experience, including roles at Robert Bosch GmbH. Prior to his current position, he served as an Assistant Professor at the University of Hildesheim.
