Bernardo Ivo Cruz

Bernardo Ivo Cruz is a Visiting Professor at the Institute of Political Studies of the Catholic University of Portugal and at the NOVA School of Law of NOVA University Lisbon. He holds a PhD in Political Science from the University of Bristol and is a Chevening Doctoral Fellow alumnus of the British Foreign Office.
