Berit Dahl

Berit Dahl is an Assistant Professor at the University of Inland Norway, affiliated with the Faculty of Teacher Education and Pedagogy and the Center for Lifelong Learning – LUP. She holds a Master's degree in Educational Leadership from NTNU and has extensive experience in primary education, having served as a teacher, supervisor, and manager. Her current role involves project management and collaboration with schools, municipalities, and regions through initiatives like the Decentralized Competence Scheme and Competence Promotion for Inclusion and Special Education.

Berit’s expertise focuses on process management, curriculum understanding, and the impact of learning environments on student success. She emphasizes co-creative approaches to strengthen collective competence among school staff and promote student well-being and learning outcomes. Her work aims to bridge institutional and practical levels to ensure policies align with frontline educational needs.
