Benjamin DEFOORT

Benjamin Defoort is a Professor of Public Law at the University of Tours, France. He serves as Director of the Master 1 Public Law program (specializing in Public Law, Local Governance, and Health Law) and Co-director of the Procedure axis within the IRJI (Institute of Interdisciplinary Legal Research). His academic roles include membership in the IRJI Council and teaching responsibilities in General Administrative Law, Urban Planning Law, Administrative Litigation, and Local Finance.

His research focuses on administrative law fundamentals, litigation procedures, urban planning regulations, public property law, and legal theory.
