Benjamin Bradlow is an Assistant Professor of Sociology and International Affairs at the Princeton School of Public and International Affairs. He is also an Associate Faculty member at Princeton's High Meadows Environmental Institute and an Affiliate of the Weatherhead Research Cluster on Comparative Inequality and Inclusion (2020-2022). His research focuses on urban inequality, democratic governance, and the distribution of public goods in post-democratic transition cities like Johannesburg and São Paulo.
His work examines the politics of urban public goods such as housing, sanitation, and transportation, with a particular interest in bureaucratic effectiveness and equity. In Fall 2021, he taught courses on the sociology of poverty and development at Harvard University's Sociology Department.
