Benedikt Laumann is a Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant at the UCL School of Management, combining expertise in organisational psychology with a background in theatre. His academic focus spans innovation, strategy, and organisational behaviour, informed by his interdisciplinary training.

He leads seminars in key modules including Organisational Behaviour, Leadership & Communications, and Innovation Management, and has contributed to five Scenario Weeks at the School of Management.
He is a professional actor and theatre maker, blending creative practice with academic rigor.
