Ben Livneh is an Associate Professor at the University of Colorado Boulder, affiliated with both the Civil, Environmental, and Architectural Engineering Department and the Cooperative Institute for Research in Environmental Sciences (CIRES). As Director of the Western Water Assessment, he bridges academic research with regional climate resilience initiatives.
