Ben Eppinger is a Professor of Developmental and Educational Psychology at the University of Greifswald, where he has served since May 2022 and became Managing Director of the Department of Psychology in June 2024. Previously, he was an Associate Professor at Concordia University in Montreal (2016-2022), holding a Tier 2 Canada Research Chair in cognitive neuroscience of decision making in healthy aging (2017-2022), and served as a Visiting Professor at the Free University of Berlin (2021-2022).

Professor Eppinger's research focuses on developmental changes in learning and decision-making behavior across the human lifespan.
