Ben Ambridge

Ben Ambridge is a Professor of Psychology at the University of Liverpool, specializing in child language acquisition, syntax, and morphology. His research focuses on how children learn grammar across multiple languages, including English, Hebrew, Hindi, Japanese, and others. He is also involved in Open Science initiatives, founding the journal Language Development Research, and has authored popular books like Psy-Q and Are You Smarter Than a Chimpanzee?. He teaches Psychology in the Real World on the Psychology BSc programme.
