Becky Hulett

Becky Hulett is an Associate Professor and CNL Chair in the Department of Nursing and Public Health at Elmhurst University. She joined the institution in 2016, bringing extensive experience in graduate nursing education, online teaching, and clinical practice in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Dr. Hulett holds a BSN from Fort Hays State University, an MSN from Research College of Nursing, and a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from the University of Kansas, specializing in organizational leadership. Her research interests focus on leadership development and outcomes management in healthcare systems.

She is a certified Clinical Nurse Leader (CNL), Secretary of the Commission on Nurse Certification Board of Commissioners, and a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. Dr. Hulett has completed the Dartmouth Institute for Clinical Microsystems program and serves as a Master Trainer for TeamSTEPPS, a patient safety and teamwork program.
