Battista Biggio is a Full Professor at the University of Cagliari, Italy, affiliated with the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering under the Faculty of Engineering and Architecture. His research focuses on machine learning security, adversarial attacks, and cybersecurity. He co-founded the cybersecurity firm Pluribus One and has pioneered foundational work in poisoning attacks and adversarial robustness.
