Barış Altan

Barış Altan, M.Sc., is a Teaching Associate and Doctoral Candidate at the Department of Monument Preservation, Brandenburg University of Technology Cottbus-Senftenberg. He is part of the Monument Preservation team and the UBICO (Urban Building Conservation) research group. His work focuses on cultural heritage, architectural conservation, and historic building preservation. He is also involved in teaching and thesis supervision within the department.

Barış Altan is affiliated with the Institute for Architectural Art and Monuments (IBK) and contributes to the university's research initiatives, including the Graduiertenkolleg 1913 program. His role includes academic support and participation in projects related to monument preservation and urban conservation.
