Bartosz Paszkowski

Bartosz Paszkowski is a Lecturer and Researcher at Fontys University of Applied Sciences ICT, where he focuses on Artificial Intelligence and software engineering challenges. He holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from KU Leuven and previously studied Electronics and Telecommunications at Bialystok University of Technology. At Fontys, he leads the Strengths-Based Development ambition theme to shape organizational growth through colleague contributions.

His research projects include:

• VIBE Project: Developed software architecture for a virtual avatar in hospitals, integrating AI and machine learning components through multi-institutional collaboration.
