Bartol Bartulovic

Bartol Bartulovic is a researcher at the NeuroImaging Center (NIC) of Johannes Gutenberg University Medical Center in Mainz, Germany. He is part of the Neurostimulation Group led by Prof. Til Ole Bergmann, focusing on transcranial ultrasound stimulation (TUS) and transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) for modulating corticospinal excitability in the primary motor cortex (M1).

His research spans neurophysiological and behavioural mechanisms of perception, action, and learning, with a particular emphasis on advancing non-invasive neurostimulation techniques for clinical applications. Key research methods employed include

He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Cognitive Neuroscience & Clinical Neuropsychology at the University of Padova (Italy), where he studied transcranial electrical stimulation (tES) on visual perceptual learning and plasticity with Prof. Luca Battaglini.
