Bartley Danielsen

Bartley Danielsen is an Associate Professor of Finance at the Poole College of Management, NC State University. He teaches corporate finance, investments, and real estate courses, and co-authored the best-selling textbook Foundations of Financial Management. His research investigates the economic impacts of school choice programs (e.g., vouchers, ESAs) on property values and urban development. He also originated the 'Economic Development Zone ESAs' program and founded Environmentalists for Effective Education to advocate for education-driven urban revitalization.

Dr. Danielsen holds a Ph.D. in Financial Economics from the University of Florida (1999).
