Barry Lever is a Full Professor (Research Stream) and Distinguished Research Professor Emeritus in the Department of Chemistry at York University, Faculty of Science. His research focuses on Bioinorganic Chemistry, Electrochemistry, Electronic and Vibrational Spectroscopy, and Solar Energy Conversion, with a sub-discipline emphasis on Inorganic Chemistry and contributions to the UN Sustainable Development Goal of Affordable and Clean Energy. He currently does not accept new graduate students but mentors CHEM4000 students in molecular property calculations using advanced software.
