Bardia Yousefi is a Researcher affiliated with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Laval University, Quebec, Canada. He is part of the Computer Vision and Systems Laboratory (CVSL). His academic journey includes a Doctorate candidate at Laval University (2014–present), a PhD in Artificial Intelligence from University Malaya (2012–2014), an M.Sc. in Biomedical Engineering (2010–2012), and a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Shahrood University of Technology (2002–2007).
His research interests focus on Artificial Intelligence, Computer Vision, and Medical Imaging, with applications in thermal image analysis, biomedical CAD systems, and robotics. He has contributed to projects involving deep learning (CNNs), kernel methods, clustering, and hyperspectral imagery analysis.
