Barbara Sturm

Barbara Sturm is a Professor of Agricultural Engineering in Bioeconomic Systems at Humboldt University of Berlin and Scientific Director at the Leibniz Institute for Agricultural Engineering Potsdam-Bornim (ATB). She specializes in sustainable food systems, energy-efficient food processing, and digitalization in agriculture. Her work spans process engineering, sensor technology, and circular bioeconomy systems.
