Barbara Staniscia is an Associate Professor at the Department of European, American and Intercultural Studies of Sapienza University of Rome, specializing in human mobility, urban and regional development, and environmental conflicts. She serves as Scientific Secretary for the International Geographical Union Commission on GLOBILITY Global Change and Human Mobility.
