Barbara Olendzki

Barbara Olendzki is an Associate Professor at UMass Chan Medical School within the T.H. Chan School of Medicine. Her research focuses on the impact of diet and lifestyle factors on chronic diseases such as obesity, diabetes, and cardiovascular conditions, with a specialized interest in the Anti-inflammatory Diet (IBD-AID) for inflammatory bowel disease.
