Prof Barbara Lipietz is a Professor of Urban Development Planning at the Development Planning Unit, University College London (UCL), and serves as Vice Dean International of The Bartlett Faculty of the Built Environment. Her roles include leading the MSc Urban Development Planning program and directing academic internationalization efforts at The Bartlett.
