Barbara Gresham

Dr. Barbara Gresham is a Professor and Founding Director of the Doctor of Physical Therapy Program at the Mayborn College of Health Sciences, University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. With over 30 years of experience in physical therapy education, she has pioneered programs in geriatrics and clinic administration. Her affiliations include the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and Texas Physical Therapy Association (TPTA), where she currently serves as Treasurer.

Recent publications include analyses of leadership development in APTA Fellowship programs, holistic approaches to student success, and predictive factors for licensure examination performance. Earlier works explored clinical performance instruments and evidence-based practice for physical therapist assistants.
