Barbara Fuhrman, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Preventive Medicine and Biostatistics at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USUHS). Her research focuses on molecular epidemiology and cancer etiology, particularly examining hormonal pathways and the gut microbiome's role in cancer development. She holds academic appointments within the School of Medicine and has expertise in both clinical and public health research.
