Barbara Fantechi

Barbara Fantechi is a Full Professor in Geometry at the Scuola Internazionale Superiore di Studi Avanzati (SISSA) in Trieste, Italy. She previously served as Associate Professor at the University of Udine (1999-2002) and Tenured Assistant Professor at the University of Trento (1990-1999). Her research focuses on algebraic geometry, particularly moduli spaces, algebraic stacks, and their applications to mathematical physics.
