Barbara D'Agati

Barbara D'Agati serves as an Adjunct Field Supervisor at California Lutheran University, mentoring teacher candidates in the Professional Development School (PDS) program. With 40 years of prior K-12 teaching experience (5 years in Los Angeles Unified School District and 35 years in Moorpark Unified School District), she specializes in kindergarten through 3rd-grade education.

Her professional focus centers on elementary education mentorship and teacher candidate development, leveraging decades of classroom experience to guide pre-service educators. Key interests include early childhood pedagogy, K-3 curriculum implementation, and Professional Development School frameworks.
