Barbara Beke is a Research Fellow at the Institute of Geography and Earth Sciences, Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE), Budapest, Hungary. She also holds lecturer positions in the Department of Physical and Applied Geology and the Center of Earth Sciences. Her research focuses on structural geology, sedimentary basin analysis, and fluid flow dynamics in geological formations.
Research Interests:
- Deformation mechanisms in siliciclastic deposits
- Fluid flow in sedimentary basins
- Magmatism and emplacement mechanisms
- Structural diagenesis and reservoir quality
- Tectonic evolution of the Pannonian Basin and Bükk foreland
