Barb Stoddard is an Associate Professor at Royal Roads University's School of Leadership. She previously served as the Program Head for the Master of Arts in Leadership – Health Specialization from 2012 to 2016. With over 40 years in Canada’s health system, she transitioned to academia in 2012 after retiring as Director of System Transformation at Vancouver Coastal Health – Richmond. Her expertise spans healthcare leadership, strategic planning, and quality improvement.
