Bamdad Khoshghadami

Bamdad Khoshghadami is a Lecturer in Theory, Arrangement, and Composition at the JAM Music Lab University, specializing in jazz and popular music. He also teaches at the Friedrich Gulda School of Music since 2020.

Research Interests: Khoshghadami’s work focuses on jazz theory, syncopation analysis, and compositional techniques. His research, including the Master's thesis on syncopation in jazz using MTRQS, bridges theoretical frameworks with practical applications in composition and arrangement.

Publications: He has released multiple artistic publications (CDs) such as Lightheartedness (2021), Elegy for Unsung Lullabies (2021), and Liberalization (2020), alongside scientific works like The Basic Theory and Harmony of Jazz (2019-2021) and translations of advanced jazz techniques into Persian.

Teaching Experience: Khoshghadami has conducted workshops in Iran (2014-2019) and previously taught guitar at Qasedak Music School (2008-2012) and Tamashagahe-Raz Music School (2006-2012).
