Baltas Evangelos

Professor Baltas Evangelos serves as a faculty member in the Department of Water Resources and Environmental Engineering at the School of Civil Engineering, National Technical University of Athens (NTUA). His research focuses on hydrological systems, sustainable water management, and renewable energy integration, with particular emphasis on Mediterranean island ecosystems and urban flood resilience.
