Baizhou Chen

Dr. Baizhou Chen is an Assistant Professor of Accounting and Finance at the Lombardo College of Business, Millersville University. Previously, he served as full-time accounting faculty at Penn State University and the University of Minnesota Crookston. He holds certifications as a Certified Public Accountant (licensed in New York and California) and passed the Series 65 Exam.

Dr. Chen has advised on high-stakes financial integrations, including Oracle’s $9.3B NetSuite acquisition, and has global experience through assignments in EY’s Beijing office.
