Bahadır GÜLBAHAR is an Associate Professor at Kırşehir Ahi Evran University, Faculty of Education, Department of Turkish and Social Sciences Education. He joined the university in 2012 as a faculty member and was promoted to Associate Professor in 2021. Additionally, he served as Deputy Director of the Research and Application Center (TÖMER) from 2016–2021 and was reappointed in 2023. His academic background includes a PhD in Educational Administration and Supervision from Gazi University, along with multiple degrees in education-related fields.
His research focuses on Education Management, Teacher Training, and Turkish Language Education, with emphasis on classroom dynamics, educational leadership, and curriculum development. He explores themes like teacher motivation, organizational behavior in schools, and effective teaching methodologies.
GÜLBAHAR's publications (174 total) predominantly address teacher professional development, educational policy, and language pedagogy.
