Professor Azeem Majeed is a leading academic in primary care and public health at Imperial College London, where he serves as Head of the Department of Primary Care & Public Health and Chair of Primary Care and Public Health. He is a Fellow of the Academy of Medical Sciences (FMedSci), an NIHR Senior Investigator, and one of the most cited primary care researchers globally. His work spans health policy, chronic disease management, and pandemic response, with a focus on data-driven approaches to reduce health inequalities.
