Ayşe Havutçu

Ayşe Havutçu is a Professor at the Faculty of Law, Izmir University of Economics, where she has been employed since January 2022. Previously, she served as permanent staff at Izmir Yasar University Faculty of Law (2011–2021), Dokuz Eylul University Faculty of Law (1984–2006), and Galatasaray University Faculty of Law (1999–2001). She also held teaching roles at institutions like Cyprus Near East University and Istanbul Bilgi University.
