Dr. Ayse Cinar serves as a Tutor and Postgraduate Medicine Honorary Teaching Fellow in the School of Dentistry. With an active research career spanning from 1998 to the present, she has produced 26 research outputs including articles, book chapters, and conference presentations that have accumulated 446 citations and an h-index of 12.
Dr. Cinar's research expertise spans multiple interconnected fields with a focus on Health Coaching, Oral Health, and Diabetes Management. Her work explores the critical connections between oral health behaviors and systemic health conditions, with particular attention to self-efficacy in behavior change. Recent research has expanded into sustainable workplace mental well-being and the integration of artificial intelligence with emotional intelligence frameworks for sustainability applications.
