Avinash Lahgere

Avinash Lahgere serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur (IIT Kanpur), one of India's premier technical institutions.

His research spans semiconductor technology with expertise in Semiconductor Devices, Compact Modeling, Emerging CMOS Devices, Emerging Volatile-Nonvolatile Memory, Variation analysis, PPA Benchmarking, Analog/RF circuit design, and Neuromorphic computing architectures.
