Prof. Austin Parsons is an Assistant Professor at Concordia University’s John Molson School of Business. His research focuses on heritage’s capacity for change, particularly the intersection of authenticity, sustainability, and architectural design. He explores reactive vs. proactive approaches to heritage management and how authenticity can drive sustainable development.
