Aurore Archimbaud

Aurore Archimbaud serves as an Assistant Professor at Toulouse Business School (TBS) and is an Associate Member of the Toulouse School of Economics (TSE). Her academic journey includes a PhD completed in collaboration with the University of Toulouse 1 Capitole and ippon innovation, followed by professional experience as a data scientist in Artificial Intelligence for private companies in France and Canada, as well as a researcher position in the Department of Econometrics at Erasmus School of Economics in the Netherlands.

Dr. Archimbaud's research program focuses on advanced statistical methodologies, particularly in the areas of multivariate data analysis, robust statistics, and anomaly detection. Her work emphasizes the detection of atypical observations for high-dimensional or functional data, dimension reduction techniques, and robust analysis of scaled data. She has made significant contributions to statistical methodology through her development work on R packages implementing Invariant Coordinate Selection techniques.

Her research output demonstrates consistent contributions to the field of multivariate statistics, with particular emphasis on practical applications of outlier detection methodologies.
