Aurélien Decamps is a Professor at KEDGE Business School since 2012, specializing in Territorial and Urban Economics and Real Estate. Holding a Doctorate in Economic Sciences from the University of Bordeaux (2009), his research focuses on two key areas: (1) the role of Cultural and Creative Industries (CCIs) in territorial dynamics, and (2) the impact of sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on urban development and territorial attractiveness.
- Doctor of Economic Sciences, University of Bordeaux (2009)
- Academic Coordinator of SULITEST (Sustainability Literacy Test)
- Secretary General of HESI (UN Higher Education Sustainability Initiative)
His research bridges urban economics with sustainability frameworks, exploring how real estate values are shaped by territorial profiles (2017) and analyzing SDG implementation in universities (2021). Recent work compares residential centrality effects in Bordeaux and Lyon (2021), while earlier studies examine ICT adoption challenges in heritage organizations (2016-2018) and water governance (2017). Publications appear in Journal of Business Research, Urban Studies, and Sustainability.
Decamps' publications reveal trends in three domains: (1) Urban Economics (territorial dynamics, real estate valuation), (2) Sustainability (CSR impact on cities, SDG education), and (3) ICT & Cultural Heritage (digital adoption challenges in European heritage sectors). His work often employs regional case studies and quantitative analysis.
