Augusto Ospital

Augusto Ospital is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Economics at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich (LMU Munich). He holds a PhD in Economics from UCLA (2023) and focuses on trade economics, spatial economics, environmental policy, and industrial organization. His research examines how housing supply regulations influence exposure to natural hazards, the economic impacts of non-tariff trade barriers in Argentina, and the equilibrium effects of agricultural policies.
