Audrey H Calderwood

Audrey H Calderwood is a Professor of Medicine and Professor of The Dartmouth Institute at the Geisel School of Medicine, Dartmouth College. She holds leadership roles as Director of The Comprehensive GI Center and Director of the GI Cancer Risk and Prevention Clinic. Her expertise spans health services research, colorectal cancer prevention, and genetic colorectal cancer syndromes.

• Education: AB, Harvard College (1999); MD, University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine (2003); MS, Boston University School of Public Health (2014).

Her research focuses on optimizing colorectal cancer screening and surveillance strategies, particularly for older adults. She has contributed to multisociety guidelines on endoscopy practices and infection control. Her work bridges clinical practice and public health, emphasizing evidence-based approaches to improve healthcare outcomes.
