Audrey Dunn Galvin

Audrey Dunn Galvin is a Lecturer at the School of Applied Psychology, University College Cork (UCC), with a dual appointment as an Honorary Research Fellow in the Department of Paediatrics and Child Health at Cork University Hospital. Her work bridges psychological medicine, food allergy, and celiac disease research.

• Key Roles: Director of the EYCS Degree Programme, member of the EuroPrevall consortium, and leader in initiatives like iFAAM and FARRP.
• Education: PhD in Applied Psychology, registered with the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI) and British Psychological Society (BPS).
